Social program:


  • Conference Banquet. Thirsday, January 16.

    All participants and accompanying persons are invited to participate in the informal party on evening at 19:00 - 21:00. This event will be arranged in the restaurant of the Hotel Uzbekistan.
  • One day tour to Samarkand and/or Bukhara. Thursday, January 17.

    It is planned to organize a tour to famous historical places of Central Asia. Tour to Samarkand (300 km from Tashkent) will be organized by train and transportation costs are reimbursed from the Conference budget. For those who wish to visit Bukhara (600 km from Tashkent), a tour by plane or train may be offered. All expences related with the trip to Bukhara (tickets, guide services etc.) will be paid by participants.
  • Skiing and snowboarding

    For those willing to experience skiing and snowboarding, a tour to mountain area of Western
    Tyan-Shan , which begins 60 km to the East from Tashkent will be organized.
  • Visits to theatres and museums are also planned.
